Precision manufacturing, under one roof

From first cut to finished part, we combine three core capabilities to take your project from design to delivery, without passing it between suppliers.

01

High-precision laser cutting

Built for accuracy, consistency and speed, whether you need a single prototype or a full production run.

We handle complex geometries, tight tolerances and intricate nested layouts, with minimal material waste and fast turnaround. Because there is no tooling cost, a one-off costs no more to set up than the first part of a batch.

How it works
  1. 01Send your drawings (DXF, DWG or similar) or describe the requirement. We can help develop the design.
  2. 02We nest the job for maximum material efficiency and confirm cost and lead time.
  3. 03Parts are cut, checked against spec and prepared for the next stage, bending, finishing or straight to delivery.
Typical applications

Structural brackets, enclosures, decorative panels, prototype components, batch production parts.

Why LaserEdge for this
  • Minimal waste, tightly nested layouts
  • Fast turnaround without cutting corners on accuracy
  • Seamless handover into our own press braking and finishing
02

Precision press braking

Accurate, repeatable bending and forming, from simple angle brackets to complex multi-bend assemblies.

Every job is programmed and set up to exact specification on our 75 tonne, 3 m machine, so parts arrive ready to fit, with no rework and no guesswork. Tight radii and short flanges are flagged at quote stage rather than after the sheet is cut.

How it works
  1. 01We review your drawings and bend sequence, flagging anything that needs design input before we start.
  2. 02Tooling is set up and the first part is checked against spec before a full run begins.
  3. 03Finished components are inspected and prepared for assembly, finishing or dispatch.
Typical applications

Enclosures, chassis and frame components, structural brackets, HVAC and ductwork parts.

Why LaserEdge for this
  • Multi-bend, complex assemblies handled in-house
  • Direct handover from our laser cutting, no third-party delays
  • First-off inspection on every job before full production runs
03

Additive manufacturing and 3D printing

Design freedom to prototype fast and iterate without the cost and lead time of traditional tooling.

We produce functional prototypes and small-batch production parts in materials chosen for genuine strength and durability, not just visual mock-ups. Printed jigs and fixtures often speed up the metalwork running alongside them.

How it works
  1. 01Send your 3D file (STL, STEP or similar) and we'll advise on printability and material choice.
  2. 02We print and inspect the part, checking fit and function where needed.
  3. 03Post-processing and finishing applied as required, ready for use or onward assembly.
Typical applications

Functional prototypes, jigs and fixtures, low-volume production parts, and complex geometries that subtractive methods can't achieve economically.
